I am super excited about this Designer of the Week!  I absolutely love the look of this brand.  Joie was created in 2001 and is a Southern California inspired contemporary lifestyle brand. They cater to the moxie fashion-forward girl who loves easy modern styling with a cultured way of life. They describe themselves as “Casual, Comfortable and Luxurious” and say that one can not exist without the other. Joie encompasses clothing, shoes, handbags and other accessories.  I personally own a pair of Joie shoes that are incredibly comfortable and have cute vintage style. To me, Zara is always on point and a step ahead of the rest of fashion retailers.  They started showing their pre-fall in mid-July!  We are usually sick of summer clothing by this point and want to see something new and different.  The best kind of pre-fall items are the ones that still feel like summer but have fall colors. The City Lights Pre-Fall 2017 from Zara is just that. Of course not all the pieces are summer worthy but you can find enough pieces to create a new transitional wardrobe.
